Sams Garage Technician Technology
in Sams Club Tire and Battery centers, an update was needed for the tire technicians. Upgrading their interface, from computer terminals, devoid of User Centered design.
Now incorporating their work flow into the greater Sams Garage app on iPad.

You can see my click through prototype of the Technician app, as they follow a happy path:
• Initiating work on a vehicle from the work order list, by assigning a garage bay.
• Marking any pre-existing damages.
• Filling out all necessary DOT tire information.
• Finally, checking the updated work order list
• Note the animations, adding a delighter to a naturally, menial task.
